In this position, you will provide critical support to the Directors of Sales & Trip Design, playing a key role in supporting sales and trip design initiatives. You will oversee and coordinate various projects and workflows across departments, ensuring smooth coordination, effective communication, and timely delivery of materials. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in project management, is a proven collaborator and critical thinker, and enjoys driving both creative and strategic initiatives.
The successful candidate would have the following responsibilities:
Support Scheduled Trip Design and Sales Strategy:
- Together with the Trip Design and Innovation teams, support the development of trip design principles and thematics for Scheduled trip offerings
- Lead ongoing competitive analysis initiatives to support product differentiation and pricing strategies
- Ensure the timely and accurate execution of the end-to-end scheduled trip design process by coordinating workflows across various departments.
Support the successful delivery of assignments of the Innovation Team and Regional Director Advisory Committee through regular meetings, providing status updates, and tracking actionable tasks
- Track and report on deadlines to ensure timely delivery of all project materials
- Assist in the assessment and update of specific product lines
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, assisting with ideation generation and process organization
Support internal communication to and provide general organizational support to the Regional Director team
- Facilitate quarterly Sales and Trip Design team meetings and support the planning of annual conferences
- Oversee the communication of departmental updates for the Sales and Trip Design team
Partner with the Business Operations Manager and other business leads with respect to process management and workflow design relevant to Sales & Trip Design
- Represent the Sales and Trip Design team at regular operational team meetings
Support both recurring and ad hoc sales with marketing initiatives
- Assist in launching new product collections
- Support campaigns and ideation efforts
Support strategy development
- Support sales teams with key planning tasks to support the overall objective of the business
- Ensure sales process adoption and compliance
The successful candidate would have the following experience and qualifications
· Experience in trip design and sales in the travel industry
· Outstanding working experience cross-functionally with diverse teams
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing workflows, timelines, and deliverables
· An analytical mindset and exceptional commercial acumen
· Knowledge of the luxury travel industry landscape generally, including current trends, markets, and suppliers
· Specific experience with project management principles, process and related tools
· Experience with the MS Office suite and CRM
· Experience in B&R's diverse business functions and principles is an asset
