Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver positive sales performance consistently
• Organize store merchandise and back stock
• Provide exceptional customer service daily
• Upsell multiple pairs and accessories
• Maintain a compelling store appearance
Requirements:
• Experience in retail sales preferred
• Strong customer service skills required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to stand for extended periods
• Familiarity with retail merchandising practices
