About the Team The Zoom sales team drives success by offering innovative communication solutions to clients globally. They prioritize partnerships and a customer‑focused approach to enhance virtual collaboration. Their efforts are vital in expanding Zoom's international reach and ensuring businesses maximize virtual communication potential. Responsibilities Leading strategic sales engagements, providing expert‑level technical support to clients and internal teams. Acting as a subject‑matter expert on AI, UCaaS and CCaaS technology, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Collaborating with the Global architecture and Customer Success Engineering teams to drive product enhancements and innovation. Contributing to sales strategy, marketing initiatives, product development, and processes based on customer feedback and market insights. Conducting thorough analyses of client requirements to deliver tailored engineering solutions. What we’re looking for Have experience in technical customer‑facing roles in a UcaaS / CCaaS environment. Be highly proficient in all areas related to our products and represent the technical aspects of how we solve customer problems. Possess experience in Unified Communications or Contact Center support as a Solutions Engineer. Have experience in working within a high‑volume Account environment. Demonstrated expertise in integrating APIs or automating workflows effectively to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes. Demonstrated expertise in networking protocols and implement security best practices effectively. Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $163,900.00 Maximum: $262,200.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
