What You’ll Be Doing Lead with Insight and Empathy: You’ll combine a data-driven approach with a hands‑on coaching style. You’ll guide our sales team to meet and exceed targets, while making sure each team member feels supported and empowered. Drive Performance and Customer Satisfaction: We value our Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) as much as our sales figures. You’ll help us maintain high standards in both. Foster a Balanced Approach to Opportunity: You’ll ensure that our salespeople have a healthy mix of natural walk-ins and appointments generated through their outbound efforts. We believe in working smarter, not just harder. Grow and Develop Talent: You’ll play a key role in training and developing our sales team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed—including leveraging video utilization and mastering our CRM tools.
