Job Description Trusted Pool Service (TPS) is a fast‑growing commercial pool maintenance and repair company serving Class A & B facilities. We’re building a professional, ethical, and modern service operation — and we’re looking for motivated people to help us grow. Position Overview This role starts as commission only, ideal for someone driven, confident, and motivated by performance‑based earnings. As you close new commercial accounts and help grow the business, you will transition into a full salaried role with full benefits, including health, retirement contributions, PTO, and more. If you’re hungry, ambitious, and great with people, this is the fastest path into a long‑term career with TPS.
