Join the action as a Courts Operations Team Member in MRU's Cougars Athletics and Recreation Department. Provide quality service during home games with a flexible working schedule.
As a crucial part of game-day operations, this position allows you to serve patrons at concession stands and manage ticket admissions. Expect a variable work schedule that includes evenings and weekends, primarily from October to March. If you're enthusiastic about sports and customer service, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve food and drinks for attendees
• Process ticket sales and ensure smooth admissions
• Keep concessions clean and organized
• Adhere to food safety and cleanliness standards
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance fan enjoyment
Requirements:
• Must possess Food Handler and Alberta ProServe Certifications
• Background in food service and fast-paced environments
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills for quick issue resolution
