About this Role The Manager Analytics & Insights role provides business insights, advice and expertise to guide decision making and strategic planning by leveraging and interpreting data and analytical models to provide business‑specific strategic insight for Credit Protection products across multiple channels. We are looking for a highly motivated, inquisitive professional who has a track record of insightful analytics and thought leadership. A person who can examine issues which concern our business leaders and offer solutions. The incumbent will be responsible for, but limited to the following key accountabilities: Act as the primary interface with distribution partners, understand business drivers, definitions, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop meaningful insights to drive business growth. Collaborate with business partners to understand business objectives, translate business requirements to analytics and reporting needs, design and develop value‑added reporting for Credit Protection products in multiple distribution channels, to drive effective coaching. Lead on the interpretation of complex business issues, generate multifaceted insights and identify opportunities to help drive business growth or address business/enterprise needs. Provide proactive guidance, advice and governance as needed related to business plan delivery and initiatives, to support achievement of business objectives for distribution channels. This includes reviewing key reports (e.g. Scorecard, Coaching, Claims, Escalations, etc.) to provide strategic and fact‑based recommendations to business leaders for improving channel business performance. Actively participate with business partners (including Product, Distribution, Journey, Data Analytics, Finance, Technology, etc.) in internal data management and ensure data integrity exists when providing reports to channel distribution executives. Work with a variety of different data sources to organize and integrate them into the reporting. Escalate data/process related problems and communicate to relevant teams in a timely manner and make recommendations for resolution. Present and communicate analytical insights and recommend business actions to business leaders in an easily digestible manner, leveraging tools to produce visualizations that fit the audience. Apply collaborative and strong stakeholder management approach to constructively influence stakeholders where appropriate. Other Qualifications / Skills / Experience Required Quality years of relevant experience. Sound business acumen and judgment, with the ability to balance analytical accuracy with the practicalities of the operating environment. Experience in Data Analytics, Business Information Management, Business Application Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, or similar environment preferred. Exceptional data management capabilities to work with large data sets and distill insights. Very strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI are must. Relationship management and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with business partners. Excellent communication skills to convey complex information succinctly and clearly, including the ability to develop effective executive‑level presentations. Well organized to manage multiple, complex, lengthy assignments with dependencies on other teams within timelines, which are sometimes urgent. Preferred Knowledge/experience in Insurance, banking products or distribution, data analytics, data processing. Experience with Power BI, Python, CoPilot, Tableau. Specific Educational Requirements/Accreditations Post‑Secondary degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science.
