We are also a full-service retail fixture resource firm providing value engineering, prototyping, manufacturing, and rollout management internationally. Position: Project Coordinator, Design-Build Responsibilities Provide constructability insights and propose cost-effective solutions for design and materials. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors. Assist in managing the bid process, review, and prepare bid documents. Evaluate tenders and prepare cost breakdowns. Negotiate and award contracts with vendors. Coordinate project members, establish and revise production schedules. Assist in managing budgets and financial aspects such as contracts, purchase orders, and invoices. Monitor work progress, ensure quality standards, and communicate with stakeholders. Analyze shop drawings, manage RFIs, and update drawings in Procore. Coordinate production and shipping activities, track components. Document production, purchase orders, vendor quotes, and project changes. Assist in project handover, job closing, and post-mortem activities. Qualifications BAC or DEC in engineering, architecture, interior design, construction technology, or related field. Minimum 3 years relevant experience. Proficiency in English and French (spoken and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Procore, and Bluebeam is an asset. Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Flexible, client-centered, proactive, and solution-oriented.
