Base pay range CA$60.00/hr - CA$78.00/hr Responsibilities The Capital Management Technology Senior Analyst / Lead is a senior, hands‑on expert responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing capital management solutions within the Treasury Technology team. This role combines leadership and technical expertise, translating complex capital business rules into robust technology solutions, and managing data processes. Translate business rules and data into detailed technology requirements, mappings, and controls. Produce source‑to‑target mappings, data dictionaries, and interface specifications for capital management and reporting platforms. Execute onboarding of priority data sources into strategic data platforms. Conduct data discovery and profiling for critical capital data sources to ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality. Partner with data engineers and technology teams to build and optimize data ingestion pipelines. Write user stories and acceptance criteria for capital management features. Prepare test cases and QA plans; lead triage activities to validate data and system integrity. Develop and maintain data lineage, catalogs, and control documentation for compliance and audit readiness. Contribute to canonical capital models and reusable solution patterns. Foster best practices in requirements management, data analysis, and solution delivery. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years experience in capital management technology, treasury systems, or related financial services roles. Proven expertise in translating business rules into technology requirements and controls. Strong hands‑on experience with data platforms, data integration, and testing methodologies. Proficiency in data mapping, documentation, and governance practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience leading and developing teams of analysts or technical professionals. Technical Skills SQL and Spark SQL APIs and Postman Databricks for data retrieval and validation Familiarity with AXIOM (SaaS‑based platform for capital markets) and other Treasury platforms; strong understanding of capital metrics (CET1, retail vs wholesale), ALM, liquidity, and funds transfer pricing Seniority level Associate Employment type Contract Job function Analyst #J-18808-Ljbffr
