What you’ll do Manage the full project lifecycle for multiple enterprise SaaS and cloud deployments, ensuring clear scope, timeline, and success metrics. Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, risks, and decisions, building trusted relationships with client stakeholders. Translate business objectives into technical requirements and partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to design scalable solutions. Coordinate cross‑functional resources, track dependencies, surface risks early, and drive mitigation plans. Establish test plans and acceptance criteria, ensure smooth cut‑over, and monitor initial performance. Support Guidewire’s Product Strategy priorities by accelerating AI, cloud, and data platform adoption, and delivering market‑ready solutions in key regions. Foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, and responsible use of AI—empowering teams to leverage emerging technologies and data‑driven insights to enhance productivity and outcomes. Contribute to Guidewire’s wider mission of transforming the way the world’s P&C insurers do business, supporting operational excellence and customer success. Required Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data‑driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement. 4+ years managing enterprise SaaS or cloud deployment projects, ideally in data or AI‑driven products. Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders from kickoff through successful go‑live. Solid grasp of modern SaaS architecture and concepts such as APIs, cloud security, data pipelines, and LLM workflows. Clear, concise communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation. Experience with agile project tools (Jira, Asana, or similar) and standard project metrics. Strength in risk analysis, prioritization, and problem solving under tight timelines. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (degree preferred or equivalent experience). PMP or similar certification is an asset but not required. Compensation The Canadian CAD base salary range for this full‑time position is $66,000 – $82,000. Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. Benefits All full‑time positions or part‑time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well–being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company‑sponsored retirement plan. In addition, some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan, commissions, and/or long‑term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, company and employee performance.
