Enforcement Officer (Part-time / Permanent) At Indigo Park Canada, the leading parking operator in Canada, we oversee more than 1,300 locations nationwide. Our services go beyond traditional parking, offering on-street operations, digital mobility solutions, last‑mile logistics, and urban space optimization to transform how cities move. Job Description The Enforcement Officer ensures all parking rules are followed without exception and consistently meets client expectations by providing excellent customer service. They act as an ambassador for the company and venue, completing monthly audits and reporting issues found during patrols. Schedule One hour of enforcement three days a week at the Brockville Via Rail train station. Flexible on when that hour is performed. 3 hours per week. Responsibilities Patrol an assigned area by personal vehicle. Issue warnings and quotes for illegally parked vehicles (using LPR vehicle system). Identify vehicles violating parking codes. Arrange towing for illegally parked or abandoned vehicles and direct tow‑truck drivers to the correct vehicles. Observe and report hazardous conditions such as unsafe signage replacement within the lot. Prepare and maintain required records, parking enforcement records, operational records, and quoted quotations. Maintain assigned equipment and supplies such as hand-held computers and quote books. Provide public information about parking regulations and facilities. Inform the public about policies, services, or procedures. Identify stolen, counterfeit parking permits. Perform duties assigned by manager. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Cautious and courteous driver with a valid full provincial driver’s license and a clean driving record. Confidence in problem solving and ability to manage stressful situations. Clear and accurate communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Basic knowledge of handheld computer, personal computer (Windows XP/Mobile), and mobile phone features. Assets Enthusiasm for ongoing learning, coaching, and training. Results‑oriented individual with a concern for accuracy and customer relations. Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities.
