Full-Time Education Director Wanted Help kids realize their dreams and overcome school challenges in a dynamic learning environment. Oxford Learning Barrhaven is seeking a motivated Education Director to support students of all ages in achieving academic success. Job Details This in‑person, client‑facing role requires strong communication, leadership, and administrative skills, as well as a passion for education. The position is located in Barrhaven, Ottawa, and a relocation package is not available. You must be able to commute to this location and undergo vulnerable sector screening. Responsibilities Inform inquiring parents about Oxford Learning programs. Organize schedules for students, staff, and teachers. Set up and administer assessments. Establish and oversee student learning programs. Maintain contact with parents and meet with them to discuss their child’s progress. Ensure that the Oxford Learning philosophy is sustained throughout the centre. Create a fun and energetic learning environment daily. Master the Oxford Learning Teaching philosophy and coach other teaching members of the team. We encourage you to apply if you have the majority of the following requirements. Education Minimum university degree (credits in Social Sciences, Languages, Math, and Business preferred). Strong secondary school mathematics skills are an asset. Proficiency in additional language(s), such as French, is an asset. Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in a business, school, or professional working environment. Experience working with medium to large student bodies. Experience in a business environment is an asset. Experience with billing cycles required. Strong computer skills (MS Office, online communication apps). Strong phone skills and customer‑service experience (sales experience preferred). Job Type Full‑time Salary $50,000 – $55,000 per year Schedule Monday – Thursday: 11:00 am – 8:00 pm Saturday: 8:30 am – 3:00 pm Timings are non‑negotiable.
