Job Overview The Senior Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in managing store operations and ensuring exceptional guest service. Compensation Hourly rate ranges from $19.25 to $19.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience. Supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. Developing staff, controlling expenses, and reducing shrinkage. Managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures. Requirements Minimum age 18. Prior retail and/or management experience required. Physical demands include in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Work up to 38 hours per week.
