Senior Solution Consultant, Implementation Join to apply for the Senior Solution Consultant, Implementation role at Coveo . The technical expert in our Professional Services team. We are the technical team that brings the Coveo product to life for our clients. We guide, advise, and enable our clients throughout the implementation phase, ensuring a successful delivery of our search solution using technical skills (JavaScript & TypeScript) and consulting mindset. When we talk about customization, we mean indexing in the cloud, millions of documents across many systems, and delivering highly relevant search results in under a second, creating an exceptional digital search experience. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Develop innovative solutions by improving and customizing our “Out of the box” functionalities to meet customers’ needs and expectations, while ensuring compatibility with their existing systems (e.g., integration with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk, and more). Deploy the solution to connect with the customer's systems in place: on‑premise, cloud, or a mix of both for specific customers. Configure and optimize our solution so it consolidates information and ensures features, functionalities, and plug‑ins. Fine‑tune relevance rankings so that the list of results is contextualized for users. Transform our users’ experience with intuitive and easy‑to‑use customizable interfaces and JavaScript libraries implementation, allowing Coveo to naturally fit with the client’s systems. Job Requirements 8+ years of coding experience, primarily with JavaScript and TypeScript. Knowledge of Python, HTML/CSS, C# and/or Java is a plus. Experience with modern UI frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, and Angular.js. Familiarity with data normalization and field mapping concepts. Consulting and/or client‑facing experience, understanding the importance of timely communication and collaborating with colleagues to find the best possible solution. Entrepreneurial spirit, achieving more by working alongside customers or partners than alone between four walls. Leadership and ownership of a project, prioritizing and working under pressure in a structured, resourceful, and thorough manner.
