The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with RPA tools such as Blue Prism and UiPath , and a strong understanding of testing methodologies. Experience with Microsoft Power Apps is a plus. Key Responsibilities Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for RPA workflows. Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of RPA bots. Collaborate with RPA developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure test coverage and quality. Identify, document, and track defects; ensure timely resolution. Validate bot behavior across environments and ensure alignment with business logic. Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks and reusable assets. Participate in peer reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality. Support UAT and production deployment activities. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 4–6 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in RPA testing.
