Responsabilités Le titulaire de ce poste relève directement du Chef de service – Exploitation générale – CCOE. Il élabore et met en œuvre le plan stratégique et tactique à moyen terme portant sur les besoins d'exploitation de ce secteur fonctionnel. Le chef de service – Exploitation fournit l'orientation à tous les services et s'assure que les ressources, le matériel et les installations nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs et les mesures opérationnelles sont en place. Talent avéré pour la communication verbale et écrite. Compétences marquées en leadership et en négociation. Excellentes aptitudes pour la résolution de problèmes. Disponibilité à travailler de longues heures et selon un horaire irrégulier. Esprit d’équipe marqué. Excellents antécédents en matière d'exploitation. Habileté en résolution de conflits. Habileté confirmée pour le travail sous pression et la gestion de situations stressantes, et capacité de maintenir une attitude souple. Compétence en informatique, un atout. Baccalauréat ou formation équivalente, un atout. Faire preuve de ponctualité et de fiabilité pour soutenir le succès global de l'équipe dans un milieu trépidant. #J-18808-Ljbffr
