Cross-Platform Media Creativity Manager (Media Solutions) (Telework/Hybrid) Employment type: Contractee Long-Term (Fixed Term) Languages: English, French (Reading, Speaking, Writing) Work Schedule: Full time (Hybrid – in‑office and remote work) Location: Broadcast Centre, 205 Wellington St. W., Toronto, Ontario, M5V 3G7 At CBC/Radio‑Canada, we create content that informs, entertains, and connects Canadians on multiple platforms. This role sits within Media Solutions and will support sales, marketing, and creative teams across the CBC network. Responsibilities Ideate, build, and sell custom marketing solutions to clients and advertising agencies across all platforms (broadcast, digital, social, branded content, integration, event). Support Sales in the sell‑through process, pitching key proposals directly to clients or agencies. Create effective solutions that deliver on partner marketing plans. Act as liaison between the Radio‑Canada Montreal content team and Toronto-based Media Creativity initiatives for French‑Services content and platforms. Contribute to growing Radio‑Canada advertising revenue and meet quarterly and yearly sales targets. Assist the Sales Director with annual revenue planning and business development, tracking revenue and conducting business analysis. Maintain consistent business contact with advertising agencies and clients to ensure strong professional relationships and positive sentiment toward CBC & Radio‑Canada Media Solutions. Work with project managers on the execution of sold projects. Qualifications University degree or equivalent; specialization in marketing, advertising or business development preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of marketing and/or media sales experience. In‑depth knowledge of Quebec TV and digital media landscape, including Radio‑Canada programming and/or competitive media outlets. Strong understanding of digital and social media platform strategies. Solid understanding of media industry buying and planning. Self‑motivated, proactive, solution‑focused mindset. Expertise with PowerPoint/Google Docs; ability to bring creative ideas to life in deck form and write presentation documents. Excellent knowledge of Media Creativity tactics and products (TV, digital, social media, event marketing). Proficient with Google suite of products. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; highly organized and detail oriented. Advanced project & time‑management skills, and ability to thrive under pressure. Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written); ability to negotiate with senior executives. Superior oral presentation skills. Extensive travel between Montreal and Toronto required. Non‑standard working hours/days acceptable. Bilingualism in English and French, both written and spoken, is required.
