Your job Supervise and facilitate the daily activities and ceremonies of 2 squads within the IT cross-functional data team
Support Product Owners (POs) and Project Managers in prioritizing and refining activities
Support the manager in the sound management of the various initiatives surrounding the team (budgets, schedules, risks and issues, asset management, etc.)
Act as a "coach" to colleagues less experienced in the use of the agile methodology and propose improvements that support the delivery of features
Diagnose problematic situations, facilitate their resolution by ensuring the implementation of solutions
Consistently and proactively raise risks and issues inherent in initiatives
Manage stakeholders and maintain good relationships with internal and external collaborators
Support your team and other initiative managers in managing interdependencies and blockers.

Within the IT Cybercimes - Cross-Functional Data Delivery sector, you will be part of a large team of 30 colleagues and report to the Senior Director.

Prerequisite Completed bachelor's degree, related to the sector of activity, and several years of relevant experience or other diploma, related to the sector of activity and several years of relevant experience
Knowledge of agile methodologies (SAFe) and the role of Scrum Master, essential
Experience in projects affecting the IT and employee experience sector, an asset
Analytical and critical thinking skills
Good communication and ability to synthesize at all levels of the organization
Cooperate effectively, be accountable
Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
