POSITION DESCRIPTION: Le St-Charles, managed by Cogir, offers a friendly atmosphere where it is stimulating to work. We have a dedicated and caring team for seniors.
We are currently looking for a Heavy Facilities Attendant for a permanent full-time daytime position.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
All other related tasks
Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
Clean entryways and common areas
Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
Cleaning and performing maintenance duties
Keep the work environment clean
Maintain and clean the premises
Maintenance and monitoring of equipment (mechanical rooms, electrical rooms, pumps, furnaces, valves, etc.)
Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
Supervise the maintenance of the equipment
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset
