Project Management and Workflow Coordination Manage timelines, deliverables, and collaboration across internal departments. Coordinate freelancers, agencies, and creative partners. Maintain organized asset libraries, project files, and version control. Work closely with fundraising and stewardship teams to ensure alignment and a consistent voice. Reporting and Continuous Improvement Track campaign and channel performance and share insights. Recommend improvements based on data, trends, and audience engagement. Qualifications 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications. Strong writing and editing skills tailored to multiple audiences. Experience with Mailchimp, Canva, Raisin or similar donation and campaign platforms, and basic CMS tools. Ability to interpret analytics and apply insights to strategy. Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or donor‑centered environments is an asset. Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge or similar CRM platforms is preferred. Who You Are A self‑starter who thrives with autonomy and is confident making decisions. A collaborative communicator who builds strong working relationships. Someone who enjoys a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment and takes pride in delivering high quality work.
