You will also support specialized areas of expertise, including digital, social, creative, and paid media.If you are immersed in the latest creator/influencer trends and are looking to grow your career in this space, this might be the role for you*Responsibilities:** Manage the full creator process for programs including influencer identification , negotiation, contracting, management and reporting* Manage multiple creator projects to ensure deadlines are met, reporting is thorough* Coordinate program integration with appropriate specialties including Insight and Analytics, Social and Creative, and Paid Performance* Lead development of content and brand overview documents for creators outlining program creative requirements, communication mandatories and contractual expectations* Support the growth of our influencer marketing business through great work, exceptional storytelling skills and through building strong internal and external relationships* Stay up to date with the latest B2B and B2C creator marketing trends including disclosure requirements and performance best practices* Act as a champion and evangelist for the value of thoughtful, rigorous and creative influencer marketing both within the Edelman network and across the marketing industry as a whole*Basic Qualifications:** 2-4 years of relevant experience in Digital, Content or Brand Marketing including social media and community management* At least 2 years within creator-specific marketing, including identification of creators, managing creator programs, outreach strategies, content planning, contracting/negotiations, paid promotion and reporting* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience* Experience working with B2C clients or creator campaigns or a deep understanding of the B2C creator marketing industry* Passion for creator marketing and its evolving landscape* Ability to work simultaneously on multiple programs with tight deadlines*Preferred Qualifications:** Thrive in a fast-paced environment, ideally with agency experience* Are detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, capable of driving results, and working with a sense ofurgency* Demonstrated interest and understanding of the B2C tech marketing space, enterprise technology and AI industry and basic principles of integrated creator marketing* Have well developed presentation capabilities – both in terms of providing compelling and detailed counsel to clients, as well as internal stakeholders* Strong ability to manage multiple programs at any given time, understanding our processes for executing seamless influencer programs* Proven ability to lead and manage multiple medium to large-sized projects simultaneously that include digital content development* Clear understanding of the creator marketing landscape, importance and role of creator marketing, and best practices especially of the tech industrylandscape and top tech journalists, outlets, and influencers* Demonstrated ability to lead and develop creator plans* Strong research, writing and editing skills* Ability to usesocial media platformsforstory miningand industrytrendspotting* Ability to interact with clients professionally and maintain relationships with influencers/content creators* Ability to work effectively with all levels of internal contacts (junior staff, peers, and senior staff), demonstrating a consistently high level of verbal and written communications.We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway.
