Role: Change Experience Specialist for Enterprise Platforms
Location: Mississauga, ON

JD
- Supporting the design, development, and implementation of Change Experience strategies and tactical change & engagement plans; including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training.
- Planning, assessing, and monitoring organizational readiness (e.g. change impact analysis, role mapping, etc.)
- Ensuring the organizational readiness as defined by organizational goals and objectives
- Developing and managing communications strategies and plans to ensure consistent, timely, and relevant messaging with affected stakeholders.
- Leading the development of content and materials used to support various communications and engagement activities.
- Assessing training needs, leading the development of training plans, and coordinating with internal and external partners on the development and delivery of training programs.
- Tracking delivery against the roadmap, anticipating and addressing potential barriers (risks & issues)
You have the following qualifications/skills:
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Organizational Development, Marketing, Organizational Communications, Business Psychology or related field highly preferred or Bachelors with appropriate project experience.
- High interest in informatics technologies applied to business.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in organizational change management program design and implementation, leveraging change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Familiarity with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
- Successful experience working in a multicultural environment and building strong networks.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships with ability to engage resources outside of direct-control to gain consensus, meet deadlines and achieve goals and objectives.
- Proactive self-starter; effective in both team settings and as an individual contributor and ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks independently/with minimal supervision.
- Challenges the organization to be curious, questions the status quo & embraces new ways of working, demonstrating “can-do” attitude.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations and under pressure (being comfortable with being uncomfortable).
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Coaching skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal (English, other language is a plus).
- Must have experience in Pharma Industry
