At Momentum Developmental Support, you will play an essential part in the lives of clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your focus will be on enhancing their lifestyle through tailored programs encompassing recreation, fitness, and education. Each day offers unique challenges and delightful experiences that foster growth and joy in your clients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support clients in achieving their independence goals
• Create and implement individualized support programs
• Engage clients in fun recreational and fitness activities
• Promote health and safety in daily routines
• Facilitate skills training in money management
Requirements:
• Minimum Highschool Diploma; post-secondary education is advantageous
• Previous experience with adults with disabilities preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Certified in Emergency First Aid AED/CPR Level C
• Pass a vulnerable sector check and maintain a clear record of conduct
