About the Job We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional projects from inception to launch, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and efficient execution. The role is remote‑first, with all positions (unless otherwise specified) performed remotely across the US and Canada. For candidates based in the US, the salary range is $125,500 to $187,000 USD; for Canada, $145,500 to $173,500 CAD. Compensation includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and equity benefits. What You’ll Do Lead complex, cross‑functional programs that involve multiple teams and departments. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and key results. Work closely with engineering teams to identify and solve technical problems and influence technical decisions. Drive project execution, manage schedules, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery. Streamline processes and improve execution efficiency. Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams and stakeholders. Manage risk throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders. Leverage deep technical expertise to make informed decisions about technical trade‑offs. Resolve complex technical and organizational challenges. What We’re Looking For 7+ years of program management experience, with a proven track record of leading complex projects. Deep understanding of relevant technologies and ability to influence system designs and roadmaps. Ability to motivate and influence teams and stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience. Experience with program management tools and methods. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and follow industry trends.
