Join the team and create the future of customer experience together.**Job description:**As a Principal Software Engineer on the Analytics UI Team, you will be a strategic technical leader, driving the architecture, design, and delivery of next-generation user interfaces. You will shape the technical direction for critical projects, mentor engineers, and guide best practices that influence the broader engineering organization.You’ll work in a dynamic environment where innovation and experimentation are part of our DNA—helping craft intuitive, performant, and resilient UI experiences that scale to millions of users.**Major Responsibilities:*** Lead and influence the design, development, and evolution of UI architecture and front-end systems across the Analytics platform.* Define technical vision and set engineering standards for performance, scalability, maintainability, and accessibility.* Drive execution of complex, strategic initiatives that span multiple teams and technical domains.* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and service teams to deliver high-impact solutions that align with business and customer needs.* Mentor and coach engineers across multiple levels, fostering technical growth, collaboration, and innovation.* Champion quality and reliability, ensuring robust unit, integration, and automated test coverage, as well as resilient operational practices.* Advocate for modern best practices in UI engineering, continuous delivery, and system observability.* Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to long-term architectural strategies.* Promote inclusion, transparency, and integrity in alignment with Genesys’ Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.**About You**You’re an expert technologist with a strategic mindset and a passion for mentorship and innovation.
