Apply deep expertise across the full learning lifecycle—design, development, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to ensure solutions are effective, sustainable, and measurable. Design a range of learning solutions to support the uptake of required knowledge, skills, and/or processes for a range of delivery methods including instructor led classroom and virtual, and eLearning solutions (e.g., videos, job aids, performance supports, pod casts etc.). Deliver learning programs directly, enable delivery through internal facilitators, or manage external vendors to ensure consistent quality and learner experience. Develop targeted communication and marketing materials to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of learning solutions across business divisions. Strong project management skills combined with the ability to design and deliver learning solutions. Demonstrated proficiency with design tools such as Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, or equivalent, and ability to quickly adapt to new platforms.
