Title ServiceNow Business Analyst Location 100% Remote Job Type Contract Job Description ServiceNow senior Business consultant. Attend meetings and workshops with ServiceNow customers to clearly understand overall requirements and evaluate technical feasibility and effort estimates for all ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Catalog Items, System Integrations, Custom Plugins, Platform architecture, performance analytics, etc. Convert valid technical requirements into refined low‑level designs for coding while maintaining design standards. Provide daily updates in Scrum Stand‑up sessions and work with suppliers to ensure adherence to our design and change guidelines. Continuously evaluate new ServiceNow features, collaborate with Platform owner to incorporate them into our platform. Responsibilities Attend meetings and workshops with ServiceNow customers to understand requirements. Evaluate technical feasibility and estimate effort for ServiceNow modules. Convert technical requirements into low‑level designs. Provide daily updates in Scrum Stand‑up sessions. Work with suppliers to ensure compliance with design and change guidelines. Evaluate and incorporate new ServiceNow features in collaboration with the Platform owner. Administer a ServiceNow instance including delegation of groups, workflows, business rules, UI actions, policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items, and updates of solutions. Debug and develop scripting in ServiceNow; perform configuration, design, and deployment work. Develop on the ServiceNow platform, including modification of core applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, ESM). Collect, review, analyze, and manage business, user, and system requirements from stakeholders to create clear user stories. Bridge the gap between business and technology; ensure common understanding of functional and non‑functional requirements. Convey business requirements and design concepts using models such as gap analysis, use cases, prototypes, etc. Create, refine, and maintain functional requirements, user stories, use cases, test cases, process flows. Enhance initial demand requests, add collaborators, prioritize, and approve demands with stakeholders. Work closely with developers to assess effort, categorize, and prioritize demands, ensuring solution design meets platform standards. Obtain necessary approvals for customizations and update the Technical Debt Register. Manage or complete the UAT process: perform smoke testing, test case validation, and obtain business approvals. Ensure effective quality, time management, code review, and checklist validation. Own the overall outcomes of demands, measuring success and failure. Track defects to measure outcomes and collaborate with the team. Communicate all projects and large demands during daily stand‑ups or team meetings. Skills Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow experience supporting implementation, administration, configuration of the ServiceNow tool. Experience in debugging and scripting within ServiceNow. Knowledge of ITIL frameworks. Strong analytical and business analysis skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or related field, minimum). #J-18808-Ljbffr
