**Job Title: Reach Truck Operator****Job Description**Join a dynamic team in one of the world''s largest logistics companies, operating in a state-of-the-art warehouse environment. This facility supports the distribution of meat products across Ontario, ensuring timely and efficient shipment to superstore warehouses.**Responsibilities**Begin each shift by attending the meeting board for briefings.Sign out and operate RF Scanners and Dock Stockers.Use RF Scanners to navigate and complete case picking orders such as 3 boxes of bacon or 2 boxes of chicken wings.Build and stage full pallets, handling weights between 5-30 lbs.Progress from case picking to training on the reach truck for high-level case picking and possibly some receiving tasks.Work consistently in a fridge and freezer environment.**Essential Skills**6 months experience operating Crown Reach Truck or Dock Stocker (MHE/Stand-up Forklift).6 months experience with RF Scanner.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Comfortable working in all-season fridge/freezer environments.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Possession of a personal vehicle is advantageous due to the location in Puslinch.**Why Work Here?**Benefit from incentive bonuses for exceeding performance expectations and enjoy provided work gear from the first day.
