Key Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and retain real estate agents to build strong sales teams. Mentor and coach agents, helping them increase productivity and confidence. Partner with the leadership team to execute local, national, and global expansion initiatives. Lead by example in sales, recruitment, and business development. What We’re Looking For Licensed real estate brokers in good standing with RECO, and with proven sales success. Prior recruiting experience (team building or brokerage recruitment is A MUST). Strong leadership skills with a drive to advance into management or executive-level roles. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
