Walmart Canada is seeking a General Merchandise Associate to excel in customer-facing tasks and maintain the sales area. You'll greet customers, assist with product selection, and help resolve any inquiries. This engaging role blends customer service with retail operations, ensuring departments are stocked and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly customer service and assistance while promoting products
• Maintain clean and organized sales floor through effective zoning
• Stock merchandise and manage up to 50 lbs of inventory
• Support team coverage in assigned areas and front-end operations
• Ensure safety and compliance by following company policies
Requirements:
• Must be 16 years or older
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Manage physical demands, including lifting and standing for long periods
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment preferred
• Attention to detail for maintaining store standards
