Compensation Project Manager 18: Salaries typically range from $94,664 to $126,219 annually, plus a performance-based incentive. Location Hybrid work: employee must work in the office 2 days per week (subject to change). Role can be performed from EDC’s headquarters in Ottawa or from one of our Community Hubs in Toronto, Mississauga, Montreal, Laval, Brossard, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, or Halifax. The Technology Operations Services – Business & Portfolio Management team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior IT Infrastructure Operations Project Manager to deliver technology projects on time, within budget, and with high quality. What You Will Be Doing Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals. Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely, clear manner. Develop schedules and methods for measuring results. Manage dependencies and critical path to allocate resources efficiently. Guide strategic analysis for the project. Organize all project phases to ensure on‑time completion. Ensure projects are delivered on‑time, within scope, and within budget. Conduct post‑mortems and create recommendation reports. Assemble and coordinate the project team, assigning responsibilities. Prepare requests for proposals and facilitate selection of project services. Plan and oversee project communications. What We Are Looking For Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of project‑management experience, focusing on technology projects. Strong proficiency in resource planning, scheduling, requirements gathering, process improvements. Experience with Agile/Scrum. Confident decision making, design and development skills. Familiarity with project‑management methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, ADO, ServiceNow). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality. Excellent verbal and written communication, critical thinking, time management, and interpersonal skills. Stakeholder‑management communication skills. High initiative and ownership. Adaptability in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. Collaborative mindset with a problem‑solving attitude. What Will Make You Stand Out Experience with End‑User Computing, provisioning platforms. Familiarity with Windows/Mac, iOS, Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure Virtual Desktop. Knowledge of telephony, VoIP, Teams Calling, meeting‑room tech, ITSM/ServiceNow processes. Understanding of Microsoft 365: tenant management, M365 apps, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, Copilot. Bilingual in English and French.
