As a Front End Checkout Associate, you will interact with customers daily, greeting them warmly and processing all transactions swiftly and accurately. You will also assist with merchandise bagging and promote Walmart's sponsored programs, enhancing the shopping experience while adhering to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner
• Process all purchase transactions efficiently and accurately
• Promote Walmart's credit service and product protection plans
• Assist customers with bagging and loading merchandise
• Maintain register security and proper cash handling protocols
Requirements:
• Must be 16 years old or older
• Strong customer service skills are preferred
• Attention to detail in handling transactions
• Knowledge of safety practices in the retail environment
• Ability to educate customers about self-checkout options
