Canada P2P Full time

Ready to be pushed beyond what you think you’re capable of? At Coinbase, our mission is to increase economic freedom in the world. It’s a massive, ambitious opportunity that demands the best of us, every day, as we build the emerging onchain platform — and with it, the future global financial system. To achieve our mission, we’re seeking a very specific candidate. We want someone who is passionate about our mission and who believes in the power of crypto and blockchain technology to update the financial system. We want someone who is eager to leave their mark on the world, who relishes the pressure and privilege of working with high caliber colleagues, and who actively seeks feedback to keep leveling up. We want someone who will run towards, not away from, solving the company’s hardest problems. Our work culture is intense and isn’t for everyone. But if you want to build the future alongside others who excel in their disciplines and expect the same from you, there’s no better place to be. While many roles at Coinbase are remote-first, we are not remote-only. In-person participation is required throughout the year. Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually to foster collaboration, connection, and alignment. Attendance is expected and fully supported. Onchain Foundations The team within the Coinbase Consumer app builds the underlying technology that lets customers access the utility of DeFi and other onchain features directly in Coinbase. The team powers category‑defining products that enable users to Earn (Lend), Borrow, and Trade (DEX trading) within the app, orchestrating seamless transactions across Coinbase’s centralized exchange and onchain protocols to unlock new product experiences and scale existing ones What you’ll be doing Own a product area end‑to‑end , from vision and strategy through execution and delivery. Define and drive the multi‑year vision for Coinbase’s onchain product experiences, shaping the narrative from early concepts through final implementation. Set OKRs across multiple teams and drive cross‑functional collaboration to achieve them. Identify, define, and track the right metrics (quantitative and qualitative) for new and existing product areas; use insights to inform roadmap and prioritization. Balance stakeholder objectives and rigorously prioritize to maintain momentum on the highest‑impact work. Orchestrate seamless onchain/offchain transactions , connecting Coinbase’s centralized exchange with onchain protocols to scale current products and unlock new experiences. Partner closely with engineers and cross‑functional teams across Coinbase Retail; you’ll work with blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and Coinbase’s internal exchange infrastructure to create elegant solutions for complex onchain/offchain interactions What we look for in you 5+ years of Product Management experience. Comfort with technical systems and strong empathy for developers. Proven stakeholder and project management skills across multi‑disciplinary teams. Strong consumer product judgment and the ability to translate developer capabilities into high‑quality customer experiences. Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and Coinbase’s mission. Nice to haves Fresh ideas about the onchain ↔ offchain boundary for payments and flows. Experience building reusable or developer‑facing primitives (APIs, SDKs, protocols). Experience expanding onchain ecosystems with developers, creators, or consumers. An existing network in crypto communities. Crypto‑forward experience, including familiarity with onchain activity (e.g., interacting with Ethereum addresses, using ENS, engaging with dApps/blockchain‑based services). Pay Transparency Notice The target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include bonus eligibility + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision). Pay Range: $191,100 — $191,100 CAD Please be advised that each candidate may submit a maximum of four applications within any 30-day period. We encourage you to carefully evaluate how your skills and interests align with Coinbase's roles before applying.
