The team is looking for an experienced Rust developer with experience in Blockchain technology. The ideal candidate has worked on and shipped projects in DeFi and has written smart contracts from scratch.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a scalable blockchain-based application
  • Develop necessary code base in Rust and/or other backend-oriented languages
  • Participate in a research process about traits, solutions, trends and security measures required for proper use of blockchain technology
  • Write Blockchain smart contracts
  • Write and helping to maintain automated tests
  • Identify security risks
  • Provide accurate timing estimates on work
  • Contribute to documentation (instructional and technical specification)
  • Discuss technical solutions and providing innovative new ideas to established problems


What You Bring:

  • At least one year of professional experience with Rust programming language
  • Previous experience in building enterprise-grade solutions for specialized platforms (Blockchain, FinTech, Artificial Intelligence, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of security best practices
  • Comfortable setting up environment from scratch
  • Initiative, self-motivated and able to work as part of a team
  • Work well under pressure and to deadlines
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Cosmwasm
  • Experience with Ethereum (or any EVM), Polkadot/Kusama, Solana or Cosmos
  • GraphQL, Ethereum nodes & Ethereum JSON-RPC API experience are a nice plus
  • Bilingual English, French, and any other languages an asset
