This contract role will be the go‑to partner for all GTM initiatives until February 2027. About the Team The Integrated Go-To-Market Team transforms the product organization and acts as an internal consultancy. We partner with executive leadership, design, merchandising, supply chain, planning, marketing, region, brand, channels, and more to deliver the company’s long‑term strategy. The GTM Operations Team sets the framework for the seasonal process, enabling the business to move from concept to market. Day in the Life Reporting to the Manager, GTM Operations, you will support the seasonal delivery of the Go-To-Market Process. Your responsibilities include: Lead the planning and publishing of the GTM calendar Partner with cross‑functional leaders to prepare and deliver against GTM milestones Analyze seasonal KPIs, govern the seasonal process, and develop recommendations to mitigate risk to delivery Perform root cause analysis to support incremental improvements and operational efficiencies Lead complex work activities across cross‑functional teams to keep work on track Facilitate cross‑functional workshops to solve business problems and manage dependencies and risks Collaborate with teams on GTM Evolution initiatives Prepare leadership materials and support business owners Plan agendas and prepare materials for key meetings, capturing actions and ensuring follow‑up Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline 3+ years of work experience Experience in an operational role at a large apparel company, investment banking, or management consulting at a $1B+ company Self‑motivated, passionate, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn on the job and a growth mindset Ability to influence and partner with others, being a strong team player Experience working cross‑functionally across departments and all organizational levels Must Haves Recognizes personal responsibility for every decision Displays entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results Communicates with honesty and kindness, fostering trust Leads with courage, believing in the potential to exceed fears Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships Integrates fun and joy into work without taking themselves too seriously Additional Notes Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role. Compensation And Benefits Package The typical hiring range for this position is $81,500 to $107,000 annually, based on location and market factors.
