The Opportunity Responsible for all phases of troubleshooting and training related to electrical panels and automated systems. Responsibilities Responsible for troubleshooting and training for new and existing customers, which includes but not limited to: Circuit troubleshooting, mechanical troubleshooting, automated program troubleshooting, network troubleshooting, ability to read and write electrical schematics. Upload and download new or existing programming. Training customers in operational procedures and troubleshooting. Assisting in the generation of new electrical panels and any other tasks related to automated systems. Travelling to customer work sites both domestically and abroad. Must be able to field customer phone calls in a timely and concise manner. Must demonstrate and follow established procedures for safety and monitor safe work habits of others working in the department. Overtime may be required including nights. Qualifications Associate’s degree in Electronics or related electrical field. Excellent communication skills both oral and written. Attention to detail, highly organized and proficient with MS Office. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
