Yard Worker

**Job Title: Yard Technician****Job Description**The candidate will work in a yard ensuring spaces are cleaned, repaired, and in working condition for customers. This outdoor role involves performing numerous tasks such as paint touch-ups, drywall repairs, fixing dents with sledgehammers, and occasionally using a pressure washer to clean facilities. You will interact with customers, checking in and checking out rentals, conducting minor inspections, and managing inventory counts. Learning to operate a larger forklift is a requirement for this role.**Responsibilities**Ensure facilities are clean and in working condition.Perform paint and drywall touch-ups.Fix dents using sledgehammers.Use a pressure washer.Conduct minor inspections and manage inventory counts.Provide customer service.Control inventory.**Essential Skills**Experience in construction or light industrial background.Mechanical and electrical aptitude.Proficiency with hand and power tools.General labor and carpentry skills.Ability to learn forklift operation.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Experience in carpentry, trades, building maintenance, or as a handyman.Hands-on experience in electrical or plumbing fields.Forklift experience is preferred, but training can be provided in-house.**Why Work Here?**Enjoy early Fridays off with pay if deadlines are met.
