Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM along with domain experience in Product Lifecycle Management. This hybrid role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust infrastructure solutions that enhance our CRM capabilities and support our business objectives. In this role, you will: Design and implement infrastructure solutions that optimize the performance of Microsoft Dynamics and CRM systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM systems with existing infrastructure. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for CRM infrastructure. Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the stability and scalability of CRM systems. Oversee the deployment and configuration of CRM infrastructure components. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in CRM infrastructure design. Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations. Conduct regular assessments to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to align CRM infrastructure with business goals and objectives. Lead efforts to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to CRM systems. Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance CRM infrastructure capabilities. Provide training and support to team members on CRM infrastructure best practices. What you’ll need to succeed (required skills): Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of experience as an application developer or equivalent. Minimum 6+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 CE Platform. Demonstrate experience in Product Lifecycle Management domain. Show proficiency in designing scalable infrastructure solutions. Have a solid understanding of industry standards and best practices. Display strong communication and collaboration skills. Be adept at managing multiple projects and priorities.
