Why this role is important to us The Alternative Investment Services (AIS) Centralized Pricing (CP) team is responsible for supporting fund of hedge fund teams globally in the set-up of securities, maintenance of hedge fund liquidity data and entry of pricing data. You will operate as a senior member of the CP team assisting in the completion of accurate pricing, security set up and liquidity information for fund of funds investments while overseeing associate level tasks and contributing to the development of the team. What you will be responsible for As Centralized Pricing, Officer you will: Review and assist staff with private equity valuations and assist in resolving private equity valuations related queries, audits and other ad‑hoc financial reports as required. Oversee the review, validation, approval and monitoring of the process workflow. Account for daily management of functional team(s) and manage daily service delivery and production activities performed by staff. Oversee offshore teams, performance tracking, participation in monthly/quarterly calls, transitioning new funds/business to offshore teams. Primary contact and key escalation point for critical operational issues, as well as technical expert to resolve daily problems. Manage and elevate issues related to Business Unit Shared Services and COEs. Assist with conversions of new business, plan for and review client‑specific agreements and internal policies. Ensure appropriate records of daily and monthly activities are complete and maintained. Identify and implement consistent operational best practices. Assist in documenting and reviewing procedures, recommend controls and risk strategies. Coordinate the implementation of new funds, systems and processes, assist with client conversions and other client projects. Promote a risk awareness culture in staff. Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff. Ensure self and team anticipate, monitor, actively manage and report all risk and compliance issues, breaches and suspicious activities. Act in accordance with Risk Excellence and role model Ethical behavior and decision making as part of our Way Ahead foundation. Perform other duties as required. Education & Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, accounting, economics or business management major. 4+ years of related experience in private equity fund of funds or private equity fund accounting. Proficient in email management. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to communicate with various internal teams to resolve inquiries and understand when to elevate. Candidates must demonstrate initiative, be able to perform well under pressure, and simultaneously handle multiple assignments. Excellent administrative and organizational abilities with the proven capacity to multitask and work efficiently to meet client deliverables. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required to cover international clients. About us What we do.
