Job Title: MDM Architect with Reltio

Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia (100% Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement MDM strategies to optimize data quality and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to Integrate geospatial data into various business processes.
• Provide technical expertise in Reltio MDM, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Design and architect MDM solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
• Lead the development and maintenance of Reltio MDM changes.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.
• Conduct regular data quality assessments and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Support the development of data integration processes and workflows.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in geospatial data management and MDM technologies.
• Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data management processes.
• They need to come prepared with specifics where they were responsible for the critical success of projects. For example, "I proposed this solution ...", "Building this relationship" this issue...". "I had this issue".
• Needs to be a very experienced in Reltio who is also a good solution architect, Needs to have extensive experience in solution designing.
• Needs leadership experience. Need to have led projects where they have put forth the design and then worked with others to define that tasks for other teams and provide timeline estimates for the work. ·
• Needs to work independently.
• Needs to be detail-oriented who produces high-quality documentation .
• Needs to be available both early morning EST and late afternoon EST. They can be anywhere in the US time zones as long as they have the flexibility to work those times.

Qualifications:

• Possess a strong background in Reltio MDM with hands-on experience in implementation and management.
• Demonstrate expertise in MDM Functional, with a focus on data quality and governance.
• Have a solid understanding of MDM Architecture, including data modeling and integration.
• Experience in designing and implementing MDM Architect solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues. communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model
