As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you'll ensure timely order processing, gather merchandise, and assist customers with basic transactions. You'll be responsible for preventing product damage through careful packing and adherence to safety regulations in a bustling warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fulfill orders accurately from detailed pick lists
• Load vehicles with curbside orders and comply with safety rules
• Pack and label all items securely for delivery
• Engage with customers at the Service Desk for transactions
• Move freight safely while following compliance protocols
Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of experience in retail or distribution
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with order picker machinery is a plus
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical capability to lift heavy and bulky items
