Along with their team, this leader will work with other Group Tax functional and jurisdictional teams and other stakeholders to **Responsibilities:****Required Qualifications:**Minimum of 15 years of experience in tax profession, with a focus on international tax planning.Significant experience leading a Tax function and/or other strategic business function required.Previous tax experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm and/or past relevant experience in multi-national top tier financial services and/or life insurance organizations a plus.Strong business acumen and highly developed communication and relationship skills.Project management and negotiation skills.Broad network and Asia experience preferred.Knowledge of and experience in the insurance industry would an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
