This is your chance to be the backbone of operations, ensuring inventory flows efficiently from start to finish. What You’ll Do: Inventory Management Lead regular cycle counts and full physical inventory checks to keep counts accurate. Track all material movements in Excel or ERP systems and quickly resolve discrepancies. Ensure proper storage and labeling of everything from raw materials to finished goods. Monitor stock levels and coordinate reorders so production never slows down. Take charge during inventory audits, keeping all documentation organized and audit-ready. Material Handling & Production Support Inspect incoming shipments to ensure orders match exactly. Prepare and kit materials for the production floor to keep production moving. Organize the warehouse and storage zones for safety and easy access. Follow work instructions closely to maintain high manufacturing standards. Logistics Coordination Schedule and manage all outgoing shipments, including freight, couriers, and direct deliveries. Generate accurate shipping documents such as BOLs, BOMs, packing slips, and customs forms. Act as the main point of contact for logistics providers and suppliers to resolve transport issues. Keep the internal team updated on shipment arrivals and deliveries. Process & Compliance Follow all safety policies and material handling protocols. Look for ways to improve inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and logistics workflows. Document new procedures and assist with team training as processes evolve. What We’re Looking For: 1-3 years of experience in inventory, logistics, or warehousing, preferably in manufacturing. Strong attention to detail and focus on data and inventory accuracy. Highly organized and process-oriented. Comfortable using ERP or inventory systems (SAP, Odoo, NetSuite, etc.). Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs; forklift certification is a plus. Reliable, communicative, and comfortable in a fast-paced production environment.
