• Hire, train, and develop retail associates
• Address operational and customer-related issues promptly
• Set daily objectives and provide team feedback
• Facilitate customer interactions for personalized service
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the store
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in retail supervision
• Strong ability to communicate and lead teams
• Customer-first philosophy driving your approach
• Must be available for flexible schedules
• Must be able to lift products weighing up to 50 pounds
