Role: Java Developer

Location: Montreal, Canada (Hybrid – 3 days/week from office)

Duration: 12 month


We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating new applications, enhancing existing ones, and collaborating with global partners in business units and Operations areas. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and solve business problems using the latest suite of Java-based tools and technologies. Additionally, you will interact with all levels of management and users across our global IT offices.

Primary Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in core Java.
  • Experience with database querying using SQL.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to ensure quality control through both automated and manual testing, including performance tuning and stress testing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with big data computation tools such as Spark or Databricks.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies like Angular.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as UNIX/Linux shell scripting or Python.
