As a casual Ticket Taker, you will play a vital role in ensuring visitors have an exceptional experience. This position necessitates a welcoming demeanor and attention to detail while managing ticket verification and guest inquiries. You will work collaboratively with Event Security to facilitate crowd management during events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival
• Scan and verify tickets accurately
• Guide guests to their seating locations
• Familiarize with ticketing systems and procedures
• Monitor for unauthorized entry or safety issues
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings
• Excellent interpersonal skills in high-volume situations
• Capacity to stand for extended periods
