We are currently seeking *Occupational Therapists* located in or near *Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge *to support our growing client base.

*Key Qualifications:*
* You hold a MSc. Occupational Therapy degree or equivalent
* Can provide proof of registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario in good standing, or in process of registration as a new grad.
* Experience in a health care setting, and ideally in the community
* Familiarity with relevant legislation (e.g. Health Care Consent Act, Mental Health Act, etc.)
* Superior communication, problem-solving, time management, and documentation skills
* Self-motivated and demonstrated ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
* Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance and access to a reliable vehicle
* Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Complete general and specialized assessments such as those for physical and cognitive capacities, mobility, and attendant care needs
* Develop individualized treatment plans with the client
* Provide treatment to clients in the clinic, their community, home or workplace
* Preparing and submitting case notes and reports
* Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
