Chartwell is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide for part-time shifts to assist with meal service. In this role, you will prepare food, address resident satisfaction, and resolve concerns promptly. Your responsibilities include set-up and tear down for catering events, as well as maintaining a sanitary environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals ready for serving
• Ensure resident satisfaction with meal services
• Address resident or family concerns effectively
• Set up and tear down catering events
• Communicate courteously with residents and staff
Requirements:
• Previous food service experience in hospitality
• Completion of secondary school education
• Food Safe Level 1 Certificate preferred
• Smart Serve and First Aid Certificates are advantageous
• Strong empathy for senior needs
