As a provider of security services to clients with complex security needs, Paladin Security Group provides comprehensive training programs that prepare you for advancements and help build your resume for a potential career in law enforcement. Prerequisites include education and hospital experience, with a preference for experience at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital. Excellent leadership, written and verbal communication skills, along with good to excellent computer skills, are essential. The position involves leading a shift, reporting to the Senior Team Leader and STEGH Security Supervisor. Responsibilities include deploying resources, managing Codes, coaching and training guards, and handling book-offs. Preferred Skills/Qualifications Ontario Security Guard License First Aid/CPR Certification Excellent English communication and writing skills Strong organizational skills Ability to learn, troubleshoot, and support security software systems Critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills Ability to foster a team environment Motivation and ability to work independently Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Familiarity with Lenel, TrackTik, and Prospective software Minimum one year of leadership experience (preferred) Excellent customer service skills Certification Requirements Standard First Aid, CPR Level C Valid Ontario Security License Additional Information / Benefits Paladin Security values diversity and is committed to an inclusive workplace.
