Strong mathematical and negotiation skills are required.Position Responsibilities Calculate and code offsets and the adjusted LTD benefit in Navigator Inform Plan Member of the overpayment amount with clear explanations both verbally and in writing. Follow-up with Plan Member for reimbursement of overpayment and negotiate an acceptable repayment plan when necessary. Proceed with claim recoveries in Navigator Collaborate with the Case Management teams to strengthen financial results. Work closely with other colleagues to prioritize work especially during peak times Required Qualifications: Fully bilingual (French/English): The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec. Strong customer service focus; ability to be empathetic while delivering sometimes difficult messages Strong math skills Very comfortable with Office 365; most notably Excel and Word Able to read and interpret group insurance contracts and apply their provisions Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
